You may have transactions taking one line or many lines. A CSV file may have the first line as the column header, or the first few lines are not transactions, but statement details. In these cases, you may have to reformat the CSV file open in a spreadsheet software, edit, and then save as a new CSV file before importing into Quickbooks.
PDF format. The PDF format was designed to print documents, so they can be printed the same way they are viewed on a computer screen. As the PDF format is a widely adopted document format, it is often used to archive financial statements that hard to process later when it comes to accounting and bookkeeping. The accounting software packages usually stay away from supporting PDF format.
Separate software packages solve this problem by converting to a compatible financial format. It is a good idea to check available formats when choosing a financial institution and supported formats when choosing accounting software. It is also a good idea to have conversion tools available when you have an accounting practice with a wide range of clients.

Why would anyone use your software when your company can't do the one thing its should. Has anyone at Intuit realized they may have a much bigger problem for subscribers who haven't received any billing emails since September ? These are subscribers who are setup with QBO and with multiple companies.
I've just spent over an hour nearly 90 min on the ph assisting a Quickbooks Main Admin user in the UK because they haven't received any direct billing emails since September I went thru their Intuit. They have a QBO account for 2 companies so they get 2 monthly billing emails. So no billing emails from Intuit.
Unfortunately there is no way to access payment history or to generate monthly invoice without the email from their Intuit. The directions above are for US customers. It is really inconvenient that UK quickbook customers are unable to access any payment history or generate a monthly invoice statement for Quickbooks monthly subscription fees!!!
Looks like the only way to get monthly payment invoice or history is to contact Intuit. Our sales team is available: am — pm Monday to Thursday am — pm on Fridays on [removed].
