The files have been mainly Word and Excel files that have been downloaded. Zipped files are blocked as well. I am currently using Office in conjunction with Office I have even updated the Trust Center on Microsoft office apps to allow protected view with editing. What anti-virus protection are you using? Have you looked at all the settings to see if your anti-virus might be "quarantining" everything your download?
